Intimation of change.—Every operator of a water supply scheme shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
