Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a water supply scheme shall apply to the Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
