Rule 13, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Forms) Rules, 2025 [SC7-55F]

Safe custody.—Every operator of a water supply scheme shall keep every register of users to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a water supply scheme is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every register of users so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Tribunal within forty-five days of the close of each year.
