Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a water supply scheme who ceases to carry on the operation of a water supply scheme shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every tube well held by him has been disposed of.
