Surrender of certificate.—Every Public Information Officer who ceases to carry on the disposal of requests shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokpal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
