Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Public Information Officer shall apply to the Lokpal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Lokpal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
