Intimation of change.—Every owner of a fishing vessel shall intimate to the Inland Waterways Authority, in Form 6 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inland Waterways Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
