Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Municipal Council, in Form E and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Municipal Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
