Application for registration.—Every translator empanelled by the court carrying on the translation of documents for the court shall make an application for registration to the Legal Services Authority in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every summons held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
