Application for registration.—Every declarant of assets carrying on the declaration of assets and liabilities shall make an application for registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every fee receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
