Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of the national flag shall apply to the Review Committee in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
