Surrender of certificate.—Every felling contractor who ceases to carry on the felling of trees shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Environmental Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every sample of effluent held by him has been disposed of.
