Application for registration.—Every community radio station carrying on the operation of a community radio station shall make an application for registration to the Press Council in Form VIII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
