Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster shall intimate to the Broadcasting Authority, in Form I and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Broadcasting Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
