Intimation of change.—Every creche shall intimate to the Child Welfare Committee, in Form VII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Child Welfare Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
