Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Child Welfare Committee in the custody of the Anganwadi Supervisor, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Child Welfare Committee; and where the Anganwadi Supervisor having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VII within fifteen days of the succession.
