Application for registration.—Every licensee of a patent carrying on the working of a patent under licence shall make an application for registration to the Copyright Board in Form 1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every work held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
