Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Copyright Board, in Form TM-A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Copyright Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
