Intimation of change.—Every exporter of services shall intimate to the Export Inspection Council, in Form ANF-2A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Inspection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
