Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of services who ceases to carry on the export of services shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Inspection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-1 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
