Application for registration.—Every tribunal secretary carrying on the assistance of an arbitral tribunal shall make an application for registration to the Designated Court in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mediated settlement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
