Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir who ceases to carry on fishing in a reservoir shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Dam Safety Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every sample of water held by him has been disposed of.
