Maintenance of premises.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir shall keep the premises where fishing in a reservoir is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every source of water kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with fishing in a reservoir, and shall furnish to the Dam Safety Authority in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
