Surrender of certificate.—Every specialised adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children in adoption shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Child Protection Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every complaint held by him has been disposed of.
