Intimation of change.—Every specialised adoption agency shall intimate to the District Child Protection Unit, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Child Protection Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
