Surrender of certificate.—Every producer company who ceases to carry on the business of a producer company shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form AOC-4 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
