Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer company shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form INC-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
