Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any producer company dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form MGT-7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every annual return then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
