Application for registration.—Every city gas distribution entity carrying on the distribution of natural gas shall make an application for registration to the Ombudsman in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every tariff held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
