Application for registration.—Every producer company carrying on the business of a producer company shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form ADT-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
