Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any producer company dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Government in Form INC-22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every balance sheet then held; and the Central Government shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
