Surrender of certificate.—Every felling contractor who ceases to carry on the felling of trees shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every tree held by him has been disposed of.
