Application for registration.—Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application for registration to the Development Authority in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every hoarding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
