Application for registration.—Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application for registration to the Sports Tribunal in Form A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every calendar of events held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
