Application for registration.—Every operator of a citizen service centre carrying on the running of a citizen service centre shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form E, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every statement of assets held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
