Surrender of certificate.—Every third-party funder who ceases to carry on the funding of arbitral proceedings shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every interim order held by him has been disposed of.
