Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered proprietor of a design dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Copyright Board in Form 18, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every patent then held; and the Copyright Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
