Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered proprietor of a design shall apply to the Copyright Board in Form TM-A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of four thousand rupees, and the Copyright Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
