Surrender of certificate.—Every coach who ceases to carry on the coaching of athletes shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
