Intimation of change.—Every genetic counselling centre shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 29 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
