Surrender of certificate.—Every management of a school who ceases to carry on the running of a school shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
