Application for registration.—Every direct-to-home operator carrying on the provision of direct-to-home broadcasting services shall make an application for registration to the Press Registrar in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every periodical held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
