Intimation of change.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals shall intimate to the Relief Commissioner, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Relief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
