Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a printing press who ceases to carry on the keeping of a printing press shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
