Fees.—The fee of twenty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the State Information Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form A; and the State Information Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
