Intimation of change.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall intimate to the Election Commission, in Form 17A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
