Intimation of change.—Every subscriber shall intimate to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, in Form 13 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
