Application for registration.—Every foreign portfolio investor carrying on investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor shall make an application for registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of transactions held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
