Surrender of certificate.—Every facilitation centre who ceases to carry on the running of a facilitation centre shall, within forty-two days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every declaration form held by him has been disposed of.
