Application for registration.—Every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall make an application for registration to the District Magistrate in Form VI, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
